Meet Stephanie Schlageter, Founder & CEO of Radiance Medspa. With a Master’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering and a background as a Medical Device Research and Development Engineer, Stephanie brings a wealth of expertise to the medspa industry. Growing up in Evanston, Illinois, she pursued her passion for math and science, earning Engineering degrees from Tufts University and Northwestern University.

Stephanie’s entrepreneurial journey has included many Leadership roles including Harbormaster at a Lake Michigan marina, Director of Research and Development and Marketing for a Medical Device Company, and, Founder of Radiance Medspa in 2006. Radiance enabled Stephanie to combine her love for serving others with her passion for science and medicine. She has expanded Radiance Medspa to multiple locations, earning numerous professional accolades along the way. Her commitment to safety, innovation, and quality has established Radiance Medspa as a leader in the field of aesthetics.

In 2017, Stephanie and her family relocated from Florida to Colorado. Stephanie immediately fell in love with the Louisville community. As someone that invests heavily in the community where she lives, Stephanie decided to invest in downtown Louisville and open Radiance Medspa Louisville in early 2024. She also serves on the Board of the Louisville Chamber of Commerce as well as the Board of the Louisville Downtown Business Association so that she can help other businesses and the Louisville community thrive. Stephanie is married to Kurt, a PhD Neuroscientist, and is the proud mother of Lauren, also a graduate of Northwestern University. Stephanie balances her professional achievements with personal interests including running marathons, volunteering in the community, doing crossfit, and spending time with family.
