Radiance Medspa Business Manager
Heather Nielsen's years of experience in the customer service industry provides Radiance Medspa with a strong foundation. Heather has worked in retail for over twelve years. These years of experience have taught her that the client and their needs come first. It is Heather's philosophy that service of the highest quality be Radiance Medspa's first priority. It is her hope and expectation that while you are at Radiance your needs are met promptly and professionally, and always with care and sensitivity.
Heather joins Radiance Medspa after spending six years as the General Manager of Harold's. During her time there Heather led her store to achieve national recognition due to its highest grossing sales in the Country. She also received the Number One Best Customer Service Award four years in a row. It is Heather's eye for detail and her strong commitment to service that has brought her such success.
Heather is married to photographer Skyler Nielsen. They have a home in the avenues and a delightful dog named Ruby. Heather is passionate about her work, her home, and her family. Her hobbies include literature, art, fashion, and gardening. |

Mary Pugh A.P.R.N., C.N.P.
Lead Clinician
Mary Ruth Pugh went to Johns Hopkins Univeristy in Baltimore, Maryland for her Bachelors and Masters degrees in Nursing Science. She has two Board Certifications as a Nurse Practitioner in Adult and Family Medicine. Her background is in emergency medicine, critical care medicine and trauma. During her education she trained with several plastic surgeons and worked to excel in facial and scalp laceration repair. She has advanced training in facial anatomy to include facial musculature, vasuclature and nerves. She is a full time employee of the LDS Hospital Trauma Service where she works closely with the trauma surgeons to manage the care of the critically ill trauma patients.
Mary has had a lifelong interest in cosmesis and aesthetics. She is proud to be a member of the Radiance MedSpa team. She attended extensive training through the Radiance University in Scottsdale, Arizona. She is educated and certified in dermal fillers, Botox, and IPL treatments including photofacials and hair reduction. At the medspa Mary provides individualized consultations and treatment recommendations for her clients. The Radiance MedSpa provides a private, comfortable spa-like environment for the non-invasive treatments. Mary feels her reward is when her clients are pleased with the outcome of their treatments and feel rejuvinated with the way they look. |

Adrienne Earl
Master Aesthetician
Adrienne received her education and training at Sherman Kendall Academy of Beauty Arts and Sciences in Salt Lake City, Utah and at the Academy of Hair Design in Las Vegas, Nevada. She also gained hands-on experience while working for esteemed Salons such as Louis Licari Salon and Pure Cells Skin Spa in New York City, New York.
Adrienne is passionate about skin care. As a young girl she faced her own personal skincare challenges. These challenges have shaped the way that Adrienne views her clientele. It is her desire to help each client see themselves as beautiful on the outside as they are on the inside.
Adrienne's hobbies include Art, Music, Dance, and Snowboarding. |

Emily Oldham
Master Aesthetician
Emily received her education and training at Cameo College of Essential Beauty in Salt Lake City, Utah. Emily most recently worked as a Master Aesthetician at The Spa at Stein Erickson Lodge in Park City, Utah where she gained excellent experience in customer service, as well as product knowledge in a five diamond resort atmosphere.
Emily is specially trained in advanced European facials, and full body waxing for men and women. She is a certified Softap permanent cosmetic technician, which is the latest in permanent make-up technology. Emily's strong product knowledge, and technical skills will help make your experience at Radiance Medspa most enjoyable. |

Karri Kirsten Knudson
Spa Coordinator/ Make-up Artist
Karri's education is in Theatrical Arts from the University of Utah. She has more than a decade of experience working as a professional make-up artist, including working for the Utah Opera Company, and Stila at Nordstroms. She has the ability to make everyone feel beautiful, whether it is on your wedding day, or just a day that you feel like you require a little extra pampering.
Karri also has worked as a front office manager for a busy orthodontic practice in Salt Lake City for several years. She is a member of the Salt Lake Junior League, and has volunteered at Primary Children's Hospital since 2005.
Karri's artistic eye, combined with her knowledge and skill, will help you to look and feel simply amazing. |

Jennifer Little
Spa Coordinator
Jennifer graduated from East High School in Salt Lake City, Utah in June of 2005. She is currently attending the University of Utah where her studies are primarily focused on the field of Nursing.
Jennifer's hands are a gift. She is a talented, award-winning violinist who has received over 11 Superior ratings at state-wide musical federations. While in High School, Jennifer also was a member of her school's dance team, the elite mixed choir "Madrigals" and A'Capella, as well as served as Secretary of her Senior class.
Jennifer's energy and enthusiasm are apparent to all who meet her. Jennifer's philosophy is that every human being needs a little spoiling, and has the right to feel radiant. |

Jaqueline Samayoa
Certified Nail Technician
Licensed within the State of Utah
Jaqueline is a Utah native who has received her technical training from Davis Applied Technology College. She has also studied General Education at Weber State University, and The University of Utah.
Jaqueline is proficient in nail application, filing, polishing, shaping techniques, silk wraps, nail extensions, and deep hydration for spa manicures and pedicures. Her desire to give all clientele a luxurious experience, while making sure to meet all safety parameters, will leave you feeling pampered and secure.
Jaqueline's hobbies and passions include her family, running, theatre, and computer technology. |
